With over 18 years of experience in private practice, including roles within NHS Mental Health Services and The Priory Hospital in Altrincham, Cheshire, I am deeply committed to helping individuals improve their lives. My passion for supporting others is at the heart of everything I do. My approach to therapy is rooted in the principles of Person-Centred Counselling, which places you, the client, at the heart of the therapeutic process. I combine this with an integrative approach that includes Solution-Focused Therapy, Wellness Coaching, Mindfulness, and Timeline Therapy. I offer a free phone call to help you discover more about the various services I can provide. It also allows you to discuss your situation and what help you are looking to receive. This is a no-obligation phone consultation and no decisions need to be made during the call.

After this, the time is for you to talk about the situations that have brought you to counselling or therapy. If you would like to set some achievable goals at this stage, this will help focus the sessions moving forward.
