I offer in-person and online sessions Monday to Friday daytimes and evenings. My practice is based in Telegraph Hill. Nunhead, Queens Road Peckham, Brockley and New Cross Gate stations are all within walking distance.

About me and my therapy practice

Many people seek therapy because they feel alone in their struggles. Perhaps there is something they need to say but find it difficult to articulate—even to themselves. It would be a privilege to walk alongside you as you experiment with expressing thoughts, memories, and emotions that may feel shadowy, shameful, or confusing.

Therapy offers a space to explore, to reflect, and to experiment with new ways of relating to ourselves and others. It can serve as a testing ground for life beyond the therapy room—a place to observe patterns in real time, to make peace with difficult feelings rather than being consumed by them, and to cultivate deeper self-understanding.

As many therapists will affirm, it is the relationship that heals. I would aim to be an engaged, active participant in your therapeutic journey, ensuring that our sessions are immersive experiences rather than detached conversations. Led by you but shaped together, this process can help repair past wounds and foster a sense of safety and connection.

Our work may involve exploring different aspects of your self—understanding where they originated and what they need to heal. Compassion might be something we focus on: softening self-criticism, fostering self-acceptance, and ultimately learning to extend kindness toward ourselves.

Practice description

While my approach adapts to each individual, it is grounded in certain core principles. I offer professionalism, reliability, warmth, non-judgment, and deep curiosity in pursuit of understanding. I believe in gently challenging when needed, always in the service of growth.

My training is integrative, drawing from psychodynamic therapy, transactional analysis, inner-child work, and aspects of CBT. I also work voluntarily with Southeast London Mind and am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), adhering to their ethical framework.

If you’re considering therapy, I encourage you to reach out. I respond promptly and clearly to enquiries, knowing how overwhelming the search for the right therapist can feel. It would be an honour to support you on your path toward healing and self-discovery.

My first session

I offer a free 20-minute Zoom call before our first session—a chance for us to connect, no pressure or commitment. This gives you the opportunity to get a feel for how I work and ask any questions, while also allowing me to understand what you're looking for and how I can best support you.
