About me and my therapy practice

I offer integrative and existential therapy, creating a reflective, supportive space to explore what’s happening beneath the surface—whether that’s anxiety, low mood, relationship struggles, or a deeper sense of disconnection.

My approach is tailored to each individual, blending practical support with space for the bigger questions about identity, purpose, and meaning.

I have particular experience working with men who may feel stuck or isolated, and with those in the performing arts navigating the emotional demands of creative life.

Sessions are collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in honesty. I work both online and in person, with short- and long-term options available.

Practice description

Sometimes life becomes overwhelming. You might feel anxious, lost, stuck, or like something just isn’t working—but you’re not sure what. Therapy can be a space to pause, reflect, and begin to understand yourself in a deeper way.

I’m an integrative and existential therapist, which means I work with a range of approaches depending on your needs, while also keeping in mind the big life questions we all face: Who am I? What’s my purpose? How can I live more authentically?

Our sessions are a space where you don’t need to have the answers. Together, we’ll explore your experiences with care and curiosity—looking at the patterns that shape your relationships, decisions, and emotions, and finding ways to move forward that feel true to you.

I have a particular interest in working with men who may be navigating emotional difficulty, life transitions, or a sense of isolation, and who might not be used to speaking openly about their inner world. I also specialise in supporting performing artists—actors, musicians, dancers, and creatives—who face unique challenges around identity, performance, and pressure.

You don’t need to be in crisis to start therapy. If something in you is asking for change, or just wants to be heard, that’s more than enough.

I offer both short- and long-term therapy, in person and online. Please feel free to get in touch to arrange a brief, no-pressure conversation to see if we’re a good fit.
