Hello, I’m Georgy, and I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey toward self-discovery, healing, and growth.

As a person, I value connection, authenticity, and understanding. My first session

I am a BACP-accredited psychotherapist offering person-centred therapy to adults and young people aged 11 and over. My approach is warm, compassionate, and tailored to your needs, providing a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace.

I specialise in working with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, loss, and life transitions, helping clients navigate challenges and develop greater self-awareness and resilience. Therapy with me is led by your needs and experiences—there is no pressure, just a supportive space where you can feel heard and understood.

I offer sessions online, and via phone. Whether you're new to therapy or have had previous experience, I will meet you where you are and help you move forward in a way that feels right for you.

Sessions can take place online or by phone, depending on what feels most comfortable for you. Therapy is available in English and Romanian.

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for you to decide if therapy with me feels right. During this session, I will invite you to share what has brought you to therapy, any goals or concerns you may have, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

I do not conduct formal assessments, but I will take the time to understand your experiences and what support you need. This is a space where you can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with—there is no pressure to go into detail before you are ready.

The first session is charged at my standard rate, and sessions last 50 minutes. To secure your session(s), I ask for payment in advance.
