About me and my therapy practice
Whatever brings you to therapy, I believe you deserve to be met with unconditional respect and genuine care. My priority is to offer a space where you feel deeply safe, seen, and supported. For me, therapy is about a meaningful encounter between two human beings.
I do my best to be compassionate, gentle, attentive, and engaged, while also being honest, firm, and challenging when needed. Your comfort and safety are always at the centre of our work, alongside the goals you bring. I will listen closely and adapt my approach in a way that feels right for you.
I hope to help you reconnect with your inner strength and competence — I believe it's already within you, even if sometimes hard to see. And if something feels missing, I’m here to help you gently discover/strengthen/build it :)
I work in the integrative approach, drawing from a range of approaches to shape therapy around your unique needs. I also believe in a holistic perspective — meaning we work not only with thoughts and emotions, but with your whole system: mind, body, and soul.
If it feels right for you, we may include body-oriented somatic practices; CBT techniques; non-directive hypnosis; nervous system regulation; elements of yoga, meditation and mindfulness; or creative exercises from art, movement and music therapy. Together, we’ll find what supports your healing most.
Above all, I aim to offer a warm, welcoming, and genuinely safe space — where healing can unfold naturally, and where you can return to yourself in all your depth and complexity.
My first session
I offer a free 30-minute introductory call, where we can talk about your needs and expectations, and get a sense of how it might feel to work together.
You’re welcome to ask any questions about the therapy process, and I’ll share how I might support you and approach your goals. Afterwards, we can both decide whether it feels right for us to begin working together :)
