I have availability on Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 6.30pm, 7pm. Or Monday afternoons at 4pm, as well as Sunday afternoon at 4pm.
About me and my therapy practice
As a qualified psychotherapist, I offer a compassionate, collaborative space where you can safely explore the challenges you're facing. My integrative approach draws from a range of therapeutic models, tailored to your individual needs.
I have particular expertise in working with addiction, helping clients understand the deeper emotional patterns behind compulsive behaviours and supporting lasting recovery. I also work with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and trauma.
In our sessions, you’ll find a non-judgmental space for reflection and understanding. Together, we can explore unhelpful patterns, process unresolved feelings, and work towards greater clarity, self-awareness, and meaningful change.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process, grounded in trust and respect. We move at your pace, creating the conditions for real growth and healing.

I work one-to-one with adults, offering both short- and long-term therapy, depending on your needs. My integrative approach draws from a range of therapeutic models, allowing me to tailor our work specifically to you. With extensive experience in areas such as addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and low self-esteem, I offer sensitive, thoughtful support—whether you’re just beginning or continuing your journey. Together, we can explore patterns and experiences that may be holding you back, helping you move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and self-awareness.

My first session
I offer a free 15-30 minute phone assessment. If we feel we can work together I also offer an initial two-session consultation at £20 below my usual fee of £80. This gives us both the chance to see how it feels to work together, without any pressure or obligation to continue. In these sessions, you’ll have space to talk about what’s brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping for, while also getting a sense of my approach. We’ll take time to review things at the end of the second session and decide together whether continuing feels right for you. You’re welcome to take time to reflect before making any decisions.
