Availability
I offer individual weekly therapy from Monday to Friday, with a wide range of appointments available throughout the day from early morning until the evening. Weekend appointments are available by special request, please get in touch to find out availability.
A free consultation of up to 20 minutes will provide you with a good opportunity to ask any questions and help you decide if you wish to proceed.
About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I am Ange and am an integrative therapist, using a number of different approaches when working with clients. I believe that each client is individual so my approach offers the flexibility to tailor our sessions to suit your individual needs. I will support you not only to explore how your history may be impacting your present-day life, but also to look forward to a more purposeful and meaningful future.
I believe that therapy is a collaborative process so developing a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my work. As your therapist, my role is not to provide you with the answers, but instead to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for self-exploration. With the increased awareness developed through our work together, comes the opportunity for more choice and the possibility for change and personal growth.
Clients come to me for many reasons, including grief, low mood, work-related issues, self esteem, relationship difficulties and major life changes.

I offer on-line and telephone counselling.
My first session
Our first session provides you with the opportunity to explain your situation, and to start building our therapeutic relationship. This might be your first experience of speaking to someone completely independent, and I want you to feel comfortable and understand fully how therapy can help you, and for you to feel comfortable to ask any questions.
During our first session we will cover:
• What’s brought you to therapy
• Your background
• Your hopes for attending therapy
• Our working agreement
This is the perfect time to see if we are a good fit for one another. There is no pressure to begin regular therapy beyond this point. If either of us feels we are not the right fit for any reason, I will support you to find an alternative therapist.
The initial session is charged at the full rate and is 50 minutes long.
