About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified Humanistic Gestalt Counsellor based in Chandlers Ford. I have experience working with adults and young people and offer clients a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I believe this to be essential to help build a therapeutic relationship to help you work through whatever has brought you to counselling.
Practice description
I am a qualified Humanistic Gestalt Counsellor, working face-to-face or online.
Gestalt Counselling works on what is happening for you in the here and now and understanding what from the past may be impacting you today.
Our session will last 50 minutes, where you can explore whatever you choose to bring to our session. You may come with a set goal that you wish to achieve, or you might need to be heard.
My first session
I offer an initial free 15-minute session, which can be in person or by telephone.
It is important for both of us to feel happy that we can work together. This is also an opportunity to ask any questions about my service and expertise.
