About me and my therapy practice

You might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or questioning things about yourself or your life that once felt certain. If so, you're not alone, and you do not have to figure it out on your own.

I offer a calm, confidential space where you can talk freely and feel genuinely heard. We will work at a pace that feels right for you, exploring what's going on beneath the surface. This might include noticing patterns, sitting with difficult feelings, or finding the words for things that have been hard to name.

As an integrative counsellor, I tailor sessions to suit your individual needs. I draw from person-centred, psychodynamic, CBT and Gestalt approaches. Whether you prefer a more structured way of working or space to reflect openly, we can shape the sessions around what feels most helpful.

I work with a range of concerns including anxiety, low self-esteem, ADHD, relationship challenges and stress. Together we can build understanding, develop resilience and work towards the changes you want to make.

If you are thinking about starting therapy, I offer a free 20-minute call so we can see whether it feels like a good fit.

Practice description

In my practice, you can expect warmth, honesty, and thoughtful exploration.

I often work with people who are questioning themselves as a partner, a parent, or simply a person, and wondering how things ended up feeling so hard.

My role is to provide a space where you feel truly heard, supported, and free to explore whatever is on your mind.

What to Expect

  • A warm, non-judgemental space where you feel heard
  • Honest, clear feedback and realistic goals
  • Insights that help you make informed choices
  • Encouragement to explore emotions and behaviours at your own pace

Every client is unique, and our sessions will be shaped around what works best for you. Whether you need a safe place to talk things through, support with navigating life’s challenges, or a space to explore deeper patterns, I’m here to help.

My first session

Your first session is a chance to see how it feels to talk with me and to decide whether working together feels right. You are welcome to share whatever feels important to you, and there is no pressure to go into anything too quickly.

I will explain how I work and what you can expect from counselling. We will also begin to explore what is bringing you here and what support might be helpful going forward.

You are under no obligation to continue after this first session. It is your time, and your choice.
