To begin, I offer a free 30-minute consultation call. This is a gentle, no-pressure space where we can explore what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and how I might support you. You鈥檙e welcome to share as much or as little as you鈥檇 like, and I鈥檒l ask a few reflective questions to help us both understand whether we feel well-suited to work together.
We鈥檒l also cover practical details like session times, frequency, and fees, so you leave the call with clarity and comfort.
If you're feeling unsure or new to therapy, know that you're not expected to have it all figured out. You are welcome exactly as you are.
About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative psychotherapist offering in-depth, relational therapy for adults and adolescents who may feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they can鈥檛 quite shift. My work centres on those carrying hidden emotional wounds: abandonment, complex trauma, low self-worth, or a sense of not quite belonging.
Whether you're facing anxiety, addictive behaviours, self-criticism, or psychosomatic symptoms (like fatigue, migraines, or digestive issues), I offer a space where these struggles are not pathologised鈥攂ut gently explored, understood, and transformed over time.
My approach blends psychodynamic depth with creative, somatic and trauma-informed methods. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, mindfulness, body awareness and expressive tools. The work is highly individualised and rooted in trust, insight, and compassion.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that we all carry a whole self that is often buried beneath protective patterns and survival strategies, that longs to be heard, seen, and restored. This process of 鈥淩e-Selfing鈥 is not about fixing what is broken, but reconnecting with what was lost or silenced.
Therapy with me is a collaborative and restorative journey. You don鈥檛 need to be 鈥渞eady鈥 or articulate. You just need to arrive. Together, we begin from there.
Practice description
Clients I work with often come to therapy after years of coping alone, high-functioning on the outside but struggling internally with anxiety, emotional dysregulation, relationship difficulties, or a sense of chronic emptiness. Others may experience psychosomatic symptoms that traditional treatments have not resolved.
I work long-term and in-depth, bringing warmth, clarity, intuitive insights and presence to the work.
I work both online and in person from a private, dedicated therapy space in Chigwell, Essex. The nearest tube station is a 10-minute walk away, and free private parking is available for those travelling by car.
My first session
I understand that beginning therapy can feel daunting, especially if you've spent a long time coping alone. Our first session is a space for you to arrive just as you are, without pressure to share anything before you feel safe.
You鈥檙e welcome to talk openly or answer a few reflective questions. This is our opportunity to begin building a therapeutic relationship and to gently explore what support you鈥檙e seeking.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and are tailored to your needs and comfort. For those who find it difficult to talk about themselves, I offer creative tools such as metaphoric cards and visual exercises. These can help bring forward emotions that feel harder to articulate.
Whether online or in-person, my priority is to offer a space that feels grounded, compassionate, and transformative.
