My first session
Hello, I'm Oriana.
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I want you to know that you’re not alone.
As a qualified therapist with a person-centred background, my goal is to offer you a non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard and understood. Person-centred counselling is all about empathy, warmth, and genuine connection. It allows you to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, helping you make sense of your experiences and move toward healing and personal growth. That said, I also believe therapy should be as unique as you are. That’s why I work integratively, drawing on different models and techniques to best support your individual needs.
I'm especially passionate about supporting those affected by abuse—whether it's control, coercion, domestic violence, or sexual abuse. I also work with individuals navigating the aftermath of toxic or difficult relationships of all types. I understand that the effects of abuse can linger, impacting your confidence, self-worth, and ability to move forward. If you feel lost, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to start, please know that I’m here to help you find your way again.
Beyond this, I have experience supporting people through anxiety, depression, stress, loss, and other life challenges.
I know that starting therapy—especially with someone you’ve never met—can feel daunting. I want to reassure you that we’ll go at your pace, and I encourage you to ask any questions you may have along the way. My sessions are remote (online or by phone), so I can work with anyone across the UK.
If you’re ready to take the first step, I offer a free 15-minute introductory call. This is simply a chance for us to connect and see if we’re the right fit for each other. There’s no pressure—just a warm, friendly conversation to help you decide what feels right for you.
Whenever you're ready, I'm here.
