About me and my therapy practice
Counselling Support Tailored to You
I am a qualified person-centred counsellor with extensive experience helping individuals who feel lost, overwhelmed, stuck, or alone. If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, or life’s challenges, I offer a safe, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment.
How Counselling Can Help
Talking to a professional can bring clarity and help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself. Counselling can:
- Help you work through difficult emotions
- Identify what’s holding you back
- Highlight new possibilities for change
- Support you in building a more fulfilling life
Sessions provide a space where you can speak openly, think freely, and feel truly heard—perhaps for the first time.
My Approach
I believe that everyone is capable of growth and positive change. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you remain in control of the process. Sessions are available:
- Face-to-face in my Wakefield office
- Online via various platforms
- Walk-and-talk therapy in outdoor settings

Counselling Options to Suit You
Online Counselling – Flexible & Accessible
Life’s challenges don’t always fit into a set schedule. Online counselling allows you to access professional support from anywhere, at a time that works for you. Whether you're at home, traveling, or simply prefer the convenience of a remote session, online counselling offers a private, flexible, and effective way to get the help you need.
Face-to-Face Counselling – A Safe, Supportive Space
For those who prefer in-person support, face-to-face counselling provides a calm, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment. Whether you’re struggling with personal challenges, relationships, or mental health concerns, in-person sessions offer a grounded, supportive environment to help you gain clarity and work toward positive change.
Both options provide the same level of care and support—choose what feels right for you.
