I am Tours, a compassionate and experienced counsellor dedicated to supporting individuals on their healing journeys. My passion for helping others ignited during my studies at Weston College, where I completed Counselling Skills Levels 2 and 3. This ignited a lifelong pursuit of knowledge, leading me to further my education at University Centre Weston (UCW) with a Foundation Degree in Counselling, culminating in a BSc (Hons) in Counselling.

Throughout my career, I have honed a diverse range of therapeutic skills while working with adults facing a spectrum of challenges, including anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma (including childhood trauma and sexual abuse), and domestic abuse. Recognizing the unique needs of young people, I also employ creative approaches such as games, drawing, and sand play to foster a safe and supportive therapeutic space.

My commitment to addressing domestic abuse extends beyond individual counselling. I currently serve as the Programme Manager for a dedicated domestic abuse counselling charity. I am also actively involved in raising awareness through two social media platforms where I share educational information about domestic abuse. Furthermore, I facilitate a therapeutic group for women seeking a deeper understanding of this complex issue.
