About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative counsellor working in the three main approaches: Person-centred, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I work with adults, young adults and adolescents.

I am an integrative counsellor working in the three main approaches: Person-centred, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I use elements of various counselling approaches and models tailored to the client鈥檚 needs and circumstances

I work with adults, young adults and adolescents.

Since 2017 I have been working for Heads Together YMCA counselling service for young people in East Surrey that works in partnership with Mindworks Surrey.

Since 2020 I have been working for Spurgeons Counselling Services for adolescents and adults.

I completed post- qualifying training programme for counsellors and psychotherapist to be appropriately trained to work with adoption. I am qualified to work with adult clients affected in some way by adoption or special guardianship.
