About me and my therapy practice
I am a counselling psychologist, accredited existential psychotherapist.I specialise in helping people navigate identity, meaning, relationships, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I also have rich experience in brain injury and neurological rehabilitation, helping individuals rediscover a sense of self and meaning after injury.
My approach is deep, intuitive, and grounded, offering clarity without force, warmth without pretension, and truth without judgment.
As a psychologist and counsellor I worked with a great range of clients from the age of 7 to 97. I worked in various clinical settings, like the NHS, in education and privately. I am also a passionate lecturer and therapy trainer.
My work is for you if you are truly ready to follow your path and embrace your real self.

My approach in therapy is client-focused, flexible, sensible and also bold. Given my life experience, I am particularly skilled in working on matters of work performance and high-achiever mentality, self-identity and meaningful living. Therefore, I work with people of all ages to support them in defining their identity and create fulfilling lives for themselves.
Being existential in orientation means that I will invite you to explore the whole world of your existence, discuss its different dimensions and perspectives, reflect upon your identity and personal values, and all matters of day to day living, all with the purpose for you to discover your own meaning of life’s curious events.
I am also skilled in other therapeutic practices and have a creative approach to therapy, delivering tailored sessions to your personality. About me and my therapy practice
I am a counselling psychologist and existential psychotherapist and have been teaching in higher education for over ten years.
I have built and led a counselling training section. I am very passionate about training new generations of psychotherapists. I very much enjoy supervision, both as a supervisee and supervisor.
In time I have built a small community with former trainees and supervisees, and I offer CPD workshops and reflective practice sessions.
Practice description
My approach as a supervisor is to focus on my supervisees. I prefer offering individual supervision or in very small groups of 2-3. I support my supervisees to increase self-awareness on their therapist's identity, as well as I focus on the supervisee-client relationship and how that contributes to the development of the therapeutic process. I practice integratively and attune to the style of practice of my supervisees to which I add some insights from my own style of practice - mainly existential and transpersonal.
My first session
I offer a half an hour intro session for only £20
All supervision sessions are online. Additionally, you will be able to benefit from CPD sessions and workshops free of charge or at a discounted rate. Some of these sessions may be in person.
