About me and my therapy practice
Hi, a very warm welcome to my profile, Taking the first step can be very difficult and it takes a lot of courage to reach out and want the support when you’re struggling with your mental health. Therapy can help to process and build an inner resilience.
I am an integrative therapist and currently proud to be working for the NHS where it provides free therapy for people who are not able to access therapy.
I have completed my Accredation with the BACP and work ethically in line with the BACP Ethical Framework.
Having 14 years of working in different work setting where clients have presented a wide range of issues that impact on their mental health and many years of experiences and training in different modalities and models, for instance CBT, Psychodynamic, TA. Attachment theory, have enabled me to tailor to meet clients needs.
The foundations the way I work is providing a safe contained, non-judgemental, empathetic space that enables the therapeutic relationship to beany issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, family issues, confidence, self-esteem and many other issues that impact ALL of us!
I have worked with many people of all varying ages, whom have come with many emotional and physical struggles and life challenges and no-one will ever understand how it truly feels for you however stepping into your shoes and viewing it from perspective will provide a space where you feel heard, understood and excepted unconditionally.
Coming from a different cultural background and own personal experience, I believe it has helped me to provide an unconditional space to work many cultural, class backgrounds, multiple gender, sexuality identities, learning and physical needs. I welcome, celebrate and embrace difference and diversity in all areas as we are all human beings and deserve to feel excepted and valued.

I provide a warm, confidential, safe, non-judgemental space, in which you can be yourself at your pace without any expectations or conditions.
What to do now: Drop me an email, message or give me a call and I will asap get back to you. Induction free call: we will discuss what you would like to work on, any questions you have, what time and day you are looking to start therapy so we can arrange the first session.
My first session
I offer an introduction call to discuss if the therapy I am offering is suitable to your presenting issue and what would you like to gain from the therapy
Before the first session I usually email over PHQ9 and GAD7 questionnaires to establish how you are functioning emotionally and physically as this help to see how your presenting issue has impacted on your mood or anxiety.
