About me and my therapy practice

I am a fully qualified BACP registered counsellor and psychotherapist. I have a master's degree in trauma studies, and a post graduate certificate in clinical supervision.

I have spent the last 10 years working for the NHS, private healthcare organisations, and national charities. I provide a kind, safe and calm space for you to unload and be heard, without judgement and in confidence.

I specialise in supporting people with anxiety, overwhelm, trauma, relationship difficulties and addiction of all kinds. Specialist areas of my practice include disordered eating, family trauma and boarding school experience. I also work with people who have chronic health conditions such as auto immune disease, fibromyalgia and coeliacs disease.

Modern life is overwhelming. Relationships, responsibilities and expectations can weigh heavy on our shoulders. No matter what you are going through, talking to someone can help you find your way. My practice is all about trust, and shaping therapy so it’s what you need. We will work as a team to find a pace that’s comfortable for you and face your challenges together. You don’t need to struggle alone.

Practice description

I work with people from 16 years upwards, including older adults. I work hard to make sure my practise is inclusive and supportive for everyone. I see clients both short term and long term and offer a limited number of concessionary spaces. Sessions are priced from £90.
