About me and my therapy practice
I am a well experienced accredited counsellor working with psychodynamic, CBT and person centred approaches.
I am also an accredited EMDR therapist (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing) which is a trauma focussed therapy to help reduce nightmares, flashbacks and post traumatic stress symptoms.
I have over 20 years experience working within a Police and School setting.
My specialism is working with trauma.
Practice description
I offer 50 minute therapy sessions remotely via zoom/bilateral base and If you live in the Glossop area and have a private space and would prefer face to face this can be discussed at a free 15 minute consultation.
My first session
A free 15 minute consultation would help me to establish which type of therapy would best suit your needs and then I would offer a more thorough assessment at the first treatment session.

I have over 15 years experience working in both a school and police setting which includes working with multidisciplinary disciplines.
I offer online supervision and I work within the seven eyed model.
I specialise in trauma and I am accredited in EMDR Therapy.
