I am a training therapist and supervisor for several counselling and psychotherapy training organisations.

Senior accredited member of BACP and a registered member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy with an established practice in Bishop's Stortford since 1996.I am qualified as a psychodynamic counsellor and as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist working from a comfortable office in a town centre location.

You are welcome to arrange an initial session without obligation to continue in order to explore what you would like to bring to therapy, how it will help to attend therapy and whether you would like to book further appointments.You may wish to meet with more than one therapist before you decide.

My training is in psychodynamic counselling (Harlow College and Middlesex University) and psychoanalytic psychotherapy (Cambridge Society for Psychotherapy).
My supervision training was with the British Association of Psychotherapy (Now the British Psychotherapy Foundation)
