It鈥檚 been 10 years since we last reviewed the schemes and this, coupled with the possible adoption of the SCoPEd framework, means we believe the time is right to look at these again.

The review will help us to ensure that the senior accreditation schemes and associated criteria remain relevant and up to date.听

We currently have听1,600听senior accredited members,听which is听just under听3%听of our total membership.听

We鈥檝e听contacted all our senior accredited members by email听to let them know about this and will听be updating听them and all听our members on the outcome of the听review听as soon as possible.

What if you鈥檙e a current senior accredited member?听

There won鈥檛 be any impact on senior accredited members while we鈥檙e reviewing the schemes听and听you can听continue to use your听title,听logo and听designatory letters in promoting your membership status.

What if you鈥檙e thinking of applying or have already started听an听application?听

We know that applications for accreditation can take a lot of time,听this is why听we鈥檙e giving three months' notice to complete and send in your application. 奥别鈥檙别 keeping the application form and associated guidance on the website until the deadline in case you need to refer to the documents while you鈥檙e completing your application.听

What if you鈥檝e already applied and your application is in progress with us?听

As we鈥檙e accepting applications until 14听January 2022, your application won鈥檛 be affected, and we鈥檒l process this in the usual way. If听you鈥檇 like to discuss your application with us听in light of听this review, please contact us.
